Our commitment

Natural Smiles is a biological dental practice located at 132 Mirror Lake Dr. N., Unit 101, St. Petersburg, FL 33701. We aim for our website, natural-smiles.com, to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines from the W3C. We last reviewed this statement on September 30, 2026.

What we have in place

On September 30, 2026, we checked all 90 pages of our site for the items below.

  • A link near the top of each page lets keyboard and screen reader users jump past the header.
  • Every picture has a short description, or is marked so screen readers skip past it.
  • Each page has one main heading, with smaller headings placed in a clear order underneath.
  • A visible box or border shows which item is active when you move through a page using a keyboard.
  • Form boxes carry labels, and fields you must fill in are marked clearly.
  • The slideshow on our home page has a pause control, stops moving when reached by keyboard focus, stays still if your device asks for less motion, and can be moved along by a swipe.
  • Pages resize to fit a phone screen without forcing you to scroll sideways.
  • Heading text holds a contrast of 4.5 to 1 or better on the pages we checked.
  • You can make text larger using your browser zoom tool.

Known gaps

We have not yet added captions to the video in which Dr. Joseph Mercola shares his story as a patient. Some links on our site point to outside services, such as Google Maps and Birdeye reviews, along with research journals. Those sites are operated by other companies, and we have no control over how accessible they are.
