A written treatment plan at Natural Smiles starts with a consultation and a 3D CBCT scan. Dr. Carlo Litano, DMD, reads the scan alongside your dental and health history, sets priorities and sequence, and puts the full cost in writing before any treatment begins.
What the plan includes
A consultation and a 3D CBCT scan open the plan. Dr. Litano reads the scan together with your dental and health history to form a whole-body picture.
The whole-body plan has four parts. These are the consultation and scan, the written plan, treatment under the practice’s standard, and prevention. Treatment follows the practice’s standard, which includes SMART mercury removal, ozone therapy, LPRF and metal-free materials, such as zirconia ceramic implants, when the plan calls for them.
How priorities and sequence get set
Priorities and sequence come from the scan and your health history, read together. Dr. Litano uses both to decide what comes first and what follows after.
This sequence is set before any work starts. The written plan lays out the order of care so you know what to expect.
Cost estimate in writing
Costs depend on the treatment plan. A written plan listing the full cost comes before any treatment at Natural Smiles.
At the consultation, the team walks through payment and insurance reimbursement options with you. You get the full estimate in writing before agreeing to any procedure.
Where the plan goes once treatment starts
Once the written plan is set, treatment moves forward under the practice’s standard. That standard covers SMART mercury removal, ozone therapy, LPRF and metal-free materials where the plan calls for them.
Prevention follows treatment. It includes fluoride-free care, recall visits and nutritional support, carried out as part of the same written plan.
Working with your physician
Natural Smiles reads dental findings against your full health history. On request, the practice coordinates with the physician who manages your care and shares findings directly with them.
Holistic support services run alongside your medical care. They do not replace it, and no referral is needed to book a consultation.
What to do next
Bring your health history, a list of medications and known sensitivities to your consultation. If you have records or imaging from previous dentists, bring those along too.
From there, the consultation and 3D CBCT scan start the written plan, with priorities, sequence and a full cost estimate laid out before any treatment begins.
