Metal-Free Full Arches in St. Petersburg, Florida

Full-arch reconstruction
in St. Petersburg, FL.

When a full arch needs rebuilding, Dr. Carlo Litano, DMD plans it on low-radiation CBCT imaging and rebuilds it on metal-free zirconia implants under the Swiss BioHealth protocol. Planning, surgery, and restoration finish in one office on Mirror Lake.

Why Zirconia Arches

Full-arch zirconia reconstruction.

A full arch is the largest restoration dentistry places, and material choice compounds across it. Zirconia keeps the entire reconstruction metal-free, non-corroding, and free of galvanic currents, planned tooth by tooth on 3D imaging.

  • CBCT-planned arches

Every implant position comes off the scan before surgery begins.

    • Low-radiation 3D planning
    • Bone density read per site
    • Nerve and sinus mapping
    • Written surgical plan
    How planning works
  • Zirconia at every position

Ceramic implants carry the arch without metal anywhere in the mouth.

    • Metal-free zirconia ceramic
    • Zero corrosion, zero currents
    • Single-piece and two-piece options
    • Swiss BioHealth protocol
    Zirconia implants
  • Finished in-house

The on-site lab restores the arch without outside labs or long temporaries.

Implant Arch vs Denture

Implant arch vs conventional denture.

Dentures rebuild the smile from the gums up. An implant-borne arch rebuilds it from the bone up, and the difference shows daily.

The Process

Rebuilding an arch, step by step.

Full-arch cases run on a written plan from the first scan. Traveling patients can complete the surgical phase in one trip.

  1. CBCT scan and plan

Bone, nerves, and sinus anatomy come off the 3D scan, and every implant position lands in a written plan with a cost estimate.

  2. Preparation

Extractions run biologically where needed, with ozone and LPRF, and whole body preparation per the protocol.

  3. Implant placement

Zirconia implants go in under the Swiss BioHealth standard, ozone-disinfected at every site.

  4. Arch restoration

The in-house lab designs and mills the metal-free restoration, tracked through healing with follow-up imaging.

Sequencing varies per case. The CBCT scan and consultation set the timeline before any work begins.

The questions patients ask most before rebuilding a full arch on implants.

Zirconia is metal-free and biocompatible, so a full reconstruction carries no corrosion and no galvanic currents anywhere in the mouth. Every implant follows the Swiss BioHealth protocol.

Teeth that cannot be saved come out biologically: ozone-treated sockets and LPRF healing, sequenced with implant placement per the plan. Holistic extractions.

The CBCT scan sets the timeline: bone quality, extractions needed, and healing windows all factor in. You leave the consultation with the sequence in writing.

Yes. Patients fly in from across the U.S., and the private apartment one floor above the clinic lets surgical phases finish without a second trip. Plan a visit.

Costs follow the plan: implant count, extractions, grafting, and the restoration. You receive a written estimate after the consultation and scan, before any decisions.
